Botanical : Abutilon indicum
The leaves are toothed. It bears solitary flowers which are yellow and blooms in the evening. The seeds are dark brown or black. This plant has been traditionally used for medicinal purposes.
The leaves powder is used as a demulcent, aphrodisiac, laxative and sedative. It is also anti-inflammatory and anthelmintic.
Decoction made from the Powder is useful to cure gout, tuberculosis, ulcers, and bleeding disorders.
In ancient days, maidens were made to consume a spoonful of this powder with a spoonful of honey, once in a day, for 6 months until the day of marriage, for safe and quick pregnancy.
1/2 spoon twice a day. Mix with milk or water
